PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS
Privacy Policy and Their Application
- This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "Privacy Policy") applies to the services offered by the service provider Amrita Water Europe SIA (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") on the internet platform www.amrita-water.lv (hereinafter referred to as "Service" in the text means the Internet environment - "Portal").
- The Privacy Policy is binding on all persons who use the Portal, regardless of whether the relevant person is a registered user on the Portal or not (hereinafter referred to as "User").
- The Privacy Policy provides information to the User regarding the use, acquisition and disclosure of personal data.
- The service provider undertakes not to disclose the User's personal data, except for the cases described in the Privacy Policy.
- The user's private information is used to provide and improve the service.
- By using the Portal, the User agrees that his personal data will be collected and used in accordance with this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise specified in this Privacy Policy.
- If the User uses the Portal or performs any actions on it, then it is considered that the relevant User is familiar with the Privacy Policy provisions in force at the time of use and agrees to comply with them.
- The service provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend and/or change the Privacy Policy at any time. The Privacy Policy comes into force after its publication on the Portal.
- It is the responsibility of the Portal Users to follow and familiarize themselves with the Privacy Policy of the Portal, as well as to comply with it.
- During the use of the portal, the Service Provider may ask the User to provide information that would help identify the User, including, but not limited to, e-mail address, telephone number, name, surname (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data").
- The Service Provider is entitled to obtain, use and/or collect information obtained from the User during the visit to the Portal. This information may include, but is not limited to, information about:
- Internet Protocol ("IP") address of the User's computer;
- User's browser type and browser version;
- pages visited by the User on the Portal;
- time and date when the User visited the Portal;
- Time spent on the portal.
- To obtain and analyze 2.2. and other information, the Service Provider may use third-party services, such as Google Analytics.
- The Service Provider is entitled to collect, use and/or collect information about the use of cookies ("Cookies"). Cookies are small data files that contain a unique identifier. Cookies are sent to the User's browser from the website and are stored on the User's computer's hard drive. The user can reject the acceptance of cookies using his browser. By refusing to accept cookies, the User may not be able to use some part of the Services offered on the Portal, for which the User himself is responsible.
- The Service Provider may disclose the User's Personal Data relating to the use of the Service only in the following cases
- if it is determined by the Service Provider's contractual obligations with services provided by third parties to facilitate and improve the operation of the Portal. Provided that third parties are not allowed to disclose and use Personal Data for other purposes that are not mentioned in this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use of the Portal;
- where such obligation arises from law or law enforcement;
- In the event of a Service Provider merger, acquisition, or purchase or sale of the Service Provider's assets.
- Links to other websites
- The Portal may contain links to websites of third parties or services provided by third parties in order to facilitate and improve the functionality of the Portal or to perform services related to the Service Provider. Third parties can access the User's Personal Data only to perform actions on behalf of the Service Provider and third parties are obliged not to disclose or use the information obtained for other purposes.
- When using third-party websites, the User should also familiarize himself with the terms of use and privacy policy of these websites. The Service Provider bears no responsibility for damages caused to Users on third-party websites.
- Communication
- The Service Provider may use the User's Personal Data to inform the User about the Service payment, Portal news, advertising materials and other information. The User may opt out of receiving these communications by following the unsubscribe link provided in any email sent by the Service Provider or by writing to the Service Provider at hello@amrita-water.com.
- Safety
- User information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of the User's country and where data protection laws may differ from the User's jurisdiction. The User should note that agreeing to this Privacy Policy also means agreeing to the storage of Personal Data on the Service Provider's servers.
For the refund of the purchase made by the Service

- Users have the right to request a full refund of the paid money within 30 days after paying for the Service, unless otherwise specified on the Portal or in the Service description. To return the paid money, the User must contact the Service Provider by writing to the e-mail address: hello@amrita-water.com, attaching to this e-mail a document confirming the payment and a request to return the paid money.
- If the registered User of the Portal is not satisfied with the product for any reason or received a damaged product. The service provider guarantees the refund of the paid amount within 3-5 days after receiving the application.
- Every User has the right within 14 days from the moment of receipt of the Goods, in agreement with the representative of the Service Provider, to exchange the goods for other goods, if such are available and if the Goods have not been used, the packaging of the goods has been preserved and is not damaged, there are accompanying documents for the goods and the goods are complete in the package.
